The sneaky way stress turns into SUGAR inside your body! 🤯

We have to MANAGE stress because we can't truly reduce it in this culture. When you get stressed, your cortisol goes up. Cortisol is anti-inflammatory, just like cortisone the doctor injects. The body raises it because you are inflamed.

But here’s the problem: Stress also causes the body to take protein and convert it into pro-inflammatory sugar to "fight the bear". You’re creating inflammation just by stressing out!
