Many people feel called to Reiki, but aren’t sure where to begin.

Reiki Level 1 is the foundation – it’s all about learning how to connect with Reiki energy to heal yourself first.

At this foundational level, you’ll:

💛Learn self-healing hand positions
💛Understand how energy flows through your body
💛Develop practices for grounding, stress relief, and balance
💛Begin creating a daily Reiki routine for your own well-being

Level 1 is about self-discovery and self-care. It gives you the tools to nurture your own energy so you feel centered, grounded, and at peace. From that strong foundation, you can decide if you’d like to move into helping others in Level 2 and beyond.

We will share guided movement, energy work, meditation, and practices for inner clarity and relational nourishment.
A day to reconnect. To be held. To feel what's true beneath the noise.
