Cole Douglas is low carb ...because it's easier than cooking for himself LOL But I think he's gonna love this. Cabbage sautéed to sub for pasta, sausages spilt and stuffed with mozzarella covered in marinara, more parmesan on top & a chopped antipasto salad with my homemade Italian dressing, and fathead/pork rind garlic bread! Nothing processed, no seed oils, no preservatives - just wholesome food he can use. It takes a bit of searching to get the few things I didn't make from scratch, but it CAN BE DONE! I'm gearing up to teach a class at church all about the topics I discuss on Biologically Fit With Carrie And Co. and offer at Rejoice Wellness & Massage to help us all grow into our golden years Rejoicing! Note : Grow not Age! 😊 I am practicing what I teach and on an extended clear liquid fast. It's been absolutely transforming! I was looking at pictures from years ago, well, I am pleased with my progress 😁
