Our first option is our Junior Jump Start. It’s a special low startup of only $19.95, then just $39.95 per month thereafter. However, once you have 4 active Deluxe members on the books, your monthly fee is waived. At this level, you will receive the Deluxe Plus plan for everyone in your household. This level is an entry level option with no bonuses, but we have 2 other options with bonuses which I want to cover, so you can decide which is the best option for you.

Our second option is our Special Jump Start. It’s just $99.95 to get started, and then $39.95 per month thereafter. Just like with the first option, once you have 4 active Deluxe members on the books, your monthly fee is waived. You will also have the Deluxe Plus plan for everyone in your household. This option has bonuses which earn you up to $400 within your first year! (Includes 5 Deluxe Plans in a Virtual Inventory, see notes at end for details if needed!)

Our third option is our Regular Jump Start. It’s just $199.95 to get started, and then $39.95 per month thereafter. Just like with the other options, once you have 4 active Deluxe members on the books, your monthly fee is waived. You will also have the Deluxe Plus plan for everyone in your household. This option has bonuses which can earn you up to $800 within your first year! (Includes 10 Deluxe Plans in a Virtual Inventory, see notes at end for details if needed!)

***The FIRST plan is our “Dental Plus” which includes Dental, Vision, Prescription and Chiropractic. This plan is only $19.95 a month per household and includes everyone under one roof, related or NOT! There is a one-time $10 registration fee.
***The SECOND plan is our “Telemedicine Plus”. It includes our telemedicine service which provides 24/7 access to board certified doctors via phone or video and also Ancillary services including blood work, MRI’s, xrays and all lab services, plus prescriptions. This plan is also only $19.95 a month per household and includes everyone under one roof, related or NOT! There is a one time $10 registration fee.
***The THIRD plan is our “Deluxe Plus” that combines the Dental and Telemedicine plans and adds a hospital advocacy feature that is fantastic! The hospital advocacy will help you get any hospital bill in which you owe over $1,500, negotiated lower by our advocates on your behalf. On average the bill is reduced by 80%! This benefit alone has saved our members millions! The Deluxe Plan is only $39.95 a month per household! There is a one time $10 registration fee.
