Parkour skills are where kids turn movement skills into mastery.

This week at KidStrong, we’re practicing balance, climbing, jumps—and doing it all with control and confidence. 😎

Parkour challenges kids to move through obstacles with speed, skill and creativity—building strength and problem-solving skills along the way. Talk about a win-win!

This week at KidStrong, it’s all about developing fine motor skills and whole-body coordination through purposeful movement, including time on the monkey bars!

👐 Fine motor skills strengthen hand-eye coordination and focus

This week at KidStrong we’re working on life skills—because building strong, confident kids is about more than just physical fitness.

These are skills that matter, like:

🧹 Cleaning up to promote independence and a strong work ethic.
📋 Creating “grocery lists” and then ticking off every item on the list to teach follow-through and self-reliance.
🧩 Organizing items and arranging the space to build problem-solving skills.
