Last week, we celebrated Cuba for World Culture Week at Mt. Pleasant—touring the island virtually, enjoying the sounds of Cuban music, and learning about its vibrant culture.

The highlight was our outing to The Cube Inn for a truly memorable Cuban lunch. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. The owner, Megan, could not have been more accommodating. Our table was perfectly set, heaters were glowing on both sides, and she shared the stories and flavors behind her menu in the most delicious detail.We were treated like royalty, ate like kings and queens, and left with full stomachs, big smiles, and lasting memories of Cuba.
