What's the difference between Relaxation Massage and Therapeutic Massage? I'm glad you asked ☺️

Relaxation Massage uses soothing techniques to support mental health and clarity as well as provide overall relaxation without using deep tissue techniques.

Therapeutic Massage combines relaxation with deep tissue techniques aiming to reduce chronic pain from injury or overuse, to help improve range of motion, and to ease muscle tension & tightness.

Dear valued Clients,
I am excited to share that I've updated my services to reflect your needs! 😁

I truly appreciate your support for my Massage Therapy business, and my goal is to keep you informed as things evolve. As time progresses, I have been learning a great deal about the industry, the needs of my clients, and myself. Throughout this journey, my approach to your sessions has evolved alongside my knowledge and areas of expertise, and it’s imperative for services to remain current and reflective of the work I provide. For that reason, I’ve made a few changes to my service offerings.

Some services will now be more concise upon booking. For instance, in place of "Custom Table Massage” you will have two distinct options: “Relaxation Massage” and “Therapeutic Massage” complete with descriptions and appropriate rates for each service. Additionally, some services, such as “Prenatal Massage” and “Manual Lymphatic Drainage” will temporarily leave my service menu with the intention of returning after further education. 👍 Lastly, to reflect the expanded expertise and value of the services provided, the rates have been updated on Chair Massage, Reiki and Reiki/Massage Duo.

WHAT TO DO FROM HERE: For clients with upcoming “Custom Massage” sessions, I will be reaching out (either by phone or at your next session) to discuss which service suits you best (Relaxation or Therapeutic) and how you want to proceed with your following appointments.
