The human body is the most miraculous thing on this planet. Its intricate operations and incredible healing capabilities are nothing short of astounding. You started for a reason. Maybe it was that nagging thought telling you to take better care of your health, or the desire to live a long and happy life free of health issues. Perhaps you want to watch your grandchildren grow up, or be able to lift your overhead bag on an airplane when you're 85.
You've worked hard for so long, and you deserve a fun, happy, and healthy final phase of life.

Whatever your reason, don't quit. Always remember why you started in the first place. Excuses are easy to come by, but focus on what you want, not why you can't. Keep going, stay strong, and remember that the journey is worth it.

But it’s all easier said than done, in fact, in today's world, it's flat out HARD!

I  found this in some of my notes, which made me think of living as nature intended. This is from a book written by .md  He just gets it. It's not complicated, Eat real food, don’t eat ultra processed food. DONE!  But I love his line: we must honor our past ways of eating and living. Words to LIVE by! And live well, long and strong.
