Adulting is hard 😓 
Especially when the grocery store moves your favorite chips.

Here’s the thing, your subconscious LOVES predictability aka ‘known/learned Associations’. 🫣

When something’s not where you expect it, your brain throws up a tiny “danger!” alert. Aka Fight/Flight response 😬🏃🏻 But… it can be a whole lot smoother if you recognize it, pause, breathe… and then find the damn chips & salsa.

Because sometimes, change isn’t the enemy, it’s just on the next aisle over. 😉.
Acknowledge-> Pause -> Breathe -> 🔁

That’s not just music… that’s hypnosis. 🎶✨

🎶 Subconscious Sunday — Music as Hypnosis 🌀

Yesterday I taught at my beloved HMI.
The topic? Dispelling the myths and fears around that word… “Hypnosis.”
Pause…
That word alone often stirs something instantly… a feeling, a thought, maybe even an image in your mind.

Th truth is, whether you know it or not…
We go in and out of hypnosis all the time.

It happens in our relationships.
In moments of excitement or anxiety.
When we’re watching a great movie or TV show.
When we’re driving down the road, lost in thought.

And sometimes…
It’s when a certain song comes on.
You know the one.
It “does something” to you - shifts you, transports you into another state of being.
That’s hypnosis.

Last night, I saw a band I love, Geographer - in a small club in Santa Barbara, and they took me there.

Music has always had that effect on me. It reminded me of how it’s deepened my bond with friends and family, especially my daughters.
We’ve shared epic shows over the years, moments that go beyond parent/child into pure, magical connection.
We were collectively in that hypnotic state… together.

Music moves me. It transports me.
And it can move YOU… if you allow it.

August 8th. They call it the Lion’s Gate. 
🦁 Lion’s Gate: It’s not just astrology. It’s energy. 🦁 A moment for clarity, courage, and change.

You’ve probably heard the phrase: “8/8 Lion’s Gate.” But what does that even mean?

And more importantly, why are so many people feeling… off?
😣 A little anxious 😵‍💫 Unmotivated 😤 Overly emotional 🤯 Or maybe you’ve just caught yourself asking: “What the actual f*ck is going on?”

You’re not alone. This energy is real. And there’s actually a name for it: Lion’s Gate.
Here’s the grounded version:

Every year around August 8th,
the sun aligns in Leo,
the star Sirius rises, and we enter what ancient cultures considered a portal of power.

🦁 Lion’s Gate = a surge of emotional truth, clarity, and transformation.

It’s a time when:
💠Old patterns start to crack
💠The soul starts whispering (or screaming) for alignment
💠The discomfort you’re feeling is actually a doorway

You don’t have to “believe in portals” to feel what’s in the air right now. You just have to be willing to pause and ask:
“What part of me is ready to rise?”

On 8/8, I’ll be doing my own personal Lion’s Gate Ceremony. It’s simple. Grounded. Honest.

Monday Motivation: DnA 🧬 Muffins
Sacred Fuel for Mind, Body & Spirit

Better than Starbucks. Cleaner than Costco.
$0.87 a bite of real, organic, conscious nourishment.
Because I’m worth $0.17 more per muffin. And so are you.

I used to grab those Starbucks egg bites…
💸 $5 for two
❌ Not organic
❌ Not clean
❌ Not worth it

Then I tried the Costco ones…
Cheaper. Faster. Full of j***y seed oils and shortcuts.

So I made a choice.
A sacred, sweaty, sovereign choice.
Like my homemade hummus, I decided to bless my fuel.

🥬 I sautéed the spinach.
🫑 I chopped the peppers.
🧅 I blessed the onions.
🧀 I crumbled the goat cheese by hand.
🍳 And I whisked those pasture-raised eggs with intention.

The result?
🔥 DnA Muffins 😋
Made with love. Prayed over. Perfectly seasoned.
And yes, healthy for your DnA 🧬

This isn’t about muffins.

🌀 Freedom Friday: Tuning Into the Frequency

Something’s happening.
This isn’t strategy.
This isn’t branding.
This is frequency. 💫

And the ones who are meant to hear it?
They’re picking it up... like tuning in an old radio.
It starts with static…
then click-> there it is.
Clarity. Connection. Awakening.

This week alone…

🌀 One woman said: “I don’t know what you did, but it’s working.”
(Spoiler: That was her subconscious speaking.)

🌀 Another held up Becoming Supernatural in the exact moment I mentioned it! In mid-convo, no prompting.
(That’s not coincidence. That’s confirmation.)

🌀 And today… a man with more diagnoses out of the DSM-5 than I’ve ever seen - chemical, physical, emotional. And he finally found peace. 🕊️
90 minutes of silence, stillness, surrender.
His first in years.

“I can’t believe you did it,” he said as he came up and out...
And I told him the truth:
“I knew I could. You were sent to me.”
*that not ego, that’s divine intervention.”

✨ This is the current we’re riding.
✨ This is the power of hypnosis and trust.
✨ This is what happens when you stop resisting the voice inside that says: “This guy… this is the one.”

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to remind you.
You are safe.
You are powerful.
You are not alone.

We begin when you’re ready.

From Hustle to Flow 🌊
That’s the path I’m walking now.

Not because I don’t care.
