What a fantastic time at our staff holiday party! Great music, delicious food, and amazing raffle prizes made for a memorable night. We recognized our amazing associates for all of their hard work and dedication. A special congratulations to Bob, our Nexus at Silverado resident, for receiving the Resident Ambassador of the Year award! And a big thanks to our awesome administrator, Rob, for being the best MC!

We had such a wonderful time today hosting the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks k-kids club! Everyone had a blast teaming up with our residents to create some fantastic gingerbread houses. Afterwards, we all gathered together for some joyful Christmas carolling. It was a truly festive day! 🎅🎄💙

Our Nexus at Silverado residents joined their sister communities, Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care Community and Silverado Sierra Vista Memory Care Community, for a joint outing to Descanso Gardens. They enjoyed the sparkling pathways and whimsical light sculptures while cherishing the time spent with friends. ✨️🌲💙
