A Colorado man has pretty much invented a sport that's so new and unique it doesn't even have a name. It's kind of like a mixture of skiing and roller blading, and Peter Randall is hoping rolling down a mountain will catch on.

Did you know that feet are the most ticklish parts in our bodies?
Well that’s because our feet contain close to 8000 nerves and large numbers of nerve endings. Having ticklish feet is actually a good sign since reduced sensitivity is a sign of peripheral neuropathy, which is numbness in the feet.

Cold, painful toes? 🥶👣❄️
You might suffer from chilblains or Raynaud’s phenomena on your toes causing cold, pain, and a purple or red color. Untreated it can lead to pain, wounds and even the loss of part or all of the toe. Raynaud’s condition is a vasospastic condition where the little muscles in your blood vessels are constricting keeping blood from flowing through the small capillaries in your feet and fingers. Cold is the main trigger of vasospasm.

Here are two recent photos from two different patients using the antifungal topical Formula 7. Instead of pills or laser, they were suggested to use a brand of tolnaftate called Formula 7, (sold only in doctors' offices). Using this nanoparticle product, both ladies cleared their nails of fungus. The clear part is by the cuticle. The one on the left in 6 months and the right is only after 4 months (this demonstrates how slow the nail grows.) If you have fungal nails, we highly recommend this product. It is not sold in stores. We have it available in our Thousand Oaks office and Agoura Hills office.
