We have real solutions using specific functional movement and corrective exercises that reduce and even eliminate neck, back, knee and other body pain so that you can move and feel better once and for all! Many of our clients had been told by doctors that they had to quit their jobs or hobbies because it was affecting their neck and back. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - Stephen B.

Stephen has to be the most dedicated client that I have ever worked with. He not only does all of his home exercises daily (very rare) but adds to them as well. Stephen originally came in with low back, hip and neck pain that had been preventing him from riding his bike as long and intensely as he wanted. Using prescribed corrective exercise and guidance he has overcome all of his original issues and is now faster and stronger than ever - on and off the bike!

Stephen has become passionate about movement, anatomy and exercise. He even got certified as a Personal Trainer along the way. I wish I had photos of the very first week I began working with him. The changes have been dramatic! Congratulations Stephen - I can't wait to see all the progress you will continue to make.

Injury Clinic this Sunday- FREE

Functional Training with and my Grace today!
Grace and I embarked on a new approach to accessing the weaker links in our bodies. We are achieving much improvement on a weekly basis and are extremely grateful to Lisa and Richard for helping us through many difficulties we face with some functional exercises . They are a magnificent duo.
