A spondy (short for spondylolisthesis) doesn’t automatically mean surgery but it does mean stability should be the priority.

By virtue of its forward translations (often at L5–S1), spondys cause shearing stress on the disc, joints, and nerves.

Over time, that instability increases the risk of disc degeneration and stenosis if the area isn’t supported well.

The goals are stability and strength 💪

• Strong core and back muscles to control instability
• Endurance, because your spine has higher demands
