Very honored and excited to be presenting at this conference
Alumna Sara Rector, LMFT, will present at the upcoming Goddess-Makers in an Age of Autocrats conference, taking place August 29–31, 2025. Her talk is titled “Embodying the Goddess – Soul and Soma Integration Using Multi-Sensory Pathways.”
Sara Rector, LMFT, is the Clinical Director of Circle of Life Counseling Center. As an alumnus of Pacifica’s Jungian, Archetypal Depth program she brings the wisdom of Jungian psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups. With her integrative approach, Sara weaves together soul and soma through ritual and positive intention, guiding clients toward deeper healing and wholeness. A leader in reproductive wellness, Sara has devoted over twenty years to supporting women on their journeys to motherhood. She has been a speaker and contributor to national organizations, including Resolve (the National Infertility Association), the Fertility Summit, and Anji, a women’s health and well-being platform.
Hosted by Pacifica Extension, the Goddess-Makers in an Age of Autocrats conference draws upon Jungian and archetypal psychology, feminist theory, mythology, and the arts to explore how figures like Enheduanna—and the goddesses, muses, and creators who followed—continue to inspire movements for justice, healing, and rebalancing power in a world witnessing the rise of authoritarianism. The conference invites us to explore the depth psychological dimensions of the archetypal feminine as a force of transformation, resistance, and renewal.
