There’s something deeply healing about creating a meal from scratch. The smells that fill the kitchen, the focus of following a recipe, and the joy of sharing the final result with others.
This week at our Women's Mental Health home, the air was filled with the aromas of comfort and connection. A huge thank you to our incredible Mental Health Technician, Ann, who treated everyone to her legendary Mixed Berry Bread Pudding—a true labor of love! 🍓🍞
And in our "Cooking from Scratch" life skills group, we whipped up a big, bubbling pot of Lasagna Soup. This group is about more than just recipes; it's about building confidence, fostering independence, and sharing nourishment, both for the body and the soul.
We're so grateful for the small, beautiful moments that build the foundation for wellness. 💜
