👋🏼 Bio/life update! I’m a corrective exercise specialist with 13 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. I own a private boutique training studio in Thousand Oaks, CA, where I provide expert guidance in a supportive, private setting.

Unlike traditional personal training, my approach is rooted in prescription training—using movement as medicine to help clients heal, build resilience, and enhance longevity. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, training through pregnancy, navigating menopause, or improving athletic performance, I tailor each program to your unique needs. Maximizing strength and muscle mass is the secret ingredient!
• Clients range from teen athletes to seniors in their 70s and 80s.
• Every program starts with a musculoskeletal evaluation to uncover imbalances and alignment issues.
• Sessions include foot function work, a customized workout, and meditation for a fully integrated mind-body experience.
• Recovery techniques like vibration therapy and cupping support healing and performance.

And now, for the first time, I won’t just be coaching pregnant women—I’ll be living it myself! 🤰🏽My first pregnancy is giving me a whole new perspective on training through this transformative time, and I’m excited to bring that personal insight to my clients.

🏆 Shoutout to our dead hang champ, Emily, with an incredible 4-minute hold! This challenge is the ultimate test of grip and full-body strength & endurance. Hanging from a bar might sound simple, but it demands serious mental focus and physical resilience. Grip is often the first to give out, making this no easy feat! 🖐️ I’m beyond impressed to see names and times up on the board from clients of all ages—even a few seniors, including an inspiring 85-year-old hanging for over a minute.
