👋🏼 Bio/life update! I’m a corrective exercise specialist with 13 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. I own a private boutique training studio in Thousand Oaks, CA, where I provide expert guidance in a supportive, private setting.
Unlike traditional personal training, my approach is rooted in prescription training—using movement as medicine to help clients heal, build resilience, and enhance longevity. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, training through pregnancy, navigating menopause, or improving athletic performance, I tailor each program to your unique needs. Maximizing strength and muscle mass is the secret ingredient!
