I feel blessed i have just received the second Covid-19 vaccine. Thank you to those scientists who put in the effort to help our planet get back to some new normal. We are all in this together! We are ready to friends and family soon! Miss u all!

Sad day with the passing of star actor Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther & 42) at the age of 43 from colon cancer. This sheds light on how important it is to take care of yourself and notice changes and seek help. Colonoscopy can save your life - sometimes you cant wait til 50.
