I was born and raised in Jordan, Montana. I have lived all over the state, I was living in Great Falls when I decided to go to school to become a PTA. I started my career in Butte in an outpatient clinic, and then the last 7 years at the Community Hospital of Anaconda where I was a part of all disciplines of physical therapy. I am very motivated to get back into biking daily, and fishing on the weekends. I am excited to be in the area and be a part of the community of Three Forks.

Our local Three Rivers Medical Clinic is scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Please click below for more information if you are interested!

We are having three COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics with the Moderna Vaccine.

You must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Be available 28 days after the first injection for your second injection
• Call to make an appointment

Available clinic dates:
April 20th (second injection May 18th)
April 29th (second injection May 27th)
May 7th (second injection June 4th)

Nicole is our new afternoon receptionist. She received her Bachelor's in Modern History and Literature from University of Montana Western. She recently moved back to Three Forks with her two dogs to be near family.
