📣 Day 1 Recap – Youth Sport Performance Camp
We’re off to a strong start! 💪
Today we welcomed 32 young athletes for the first session of our summer camp—and the energy was 🔥 from the start. We kicked things off with movement prep and speed & agility running drills designed to translate directly to performance on the field.
The focus was on fundamentals:
✅ Kettlebell Deadlift
✅ Russian KB Swing
✅ Goblet Squat
We wrapped up with a 6-minute partner AMRAP to reinforce form and build confidence under light fatigue:
• 8 KB Deadlifts
• 8 Russian Swings
• 8 Goblet Squats
Lots of learning, lots of sweat—and several parents already telling us they can’t wait for the next session. 👏
