This month's women circle is held on October 16th at 7pm, lead by Sonia!

Sonia will be holding space and curating a strongly connected circle all while leading us through Kundalini. Kundalini yoga aims to awaken and raise the kundalini energy through various practices, including: physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation and mantra.
