My clients come from near and far, and each of them make comments on how the scenery relaxes them.

An injury, old or new, can seriously side line us. I KNOW!!
I also know that if we put in the work physically, spiritually, nutritionally, and mentally we heal.
This journey I have been on since May has put strain on my family, my work, my heart, but in no way am I giving up on myself!!! Listen to your doctors. Listen to your body. Take time for healing practices…like self massage.

Take time to heal!!
