Elderwood at Ticonderoga offers comprehensive, personalized care through a variety of services and programs including long term care, skilled nursing and subacute rehab therapy. We have a bright, spacious rehab gym with state-of-the-art equipment with an entire unit dedicated to rehab therapy. Residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience and lively social activities. We offer private or semi-private rooms. Benefits of staying with us include a restorative nursing program for long-term residents, as well as an emergency room, medical office building, medical fitness and laboratory services all located on the same campus as a part of the Medical Village at Ticonderoga.
