During the massage:

-The therapist will only uncover what they are working on.

-You should always feel warm, safe, and comfortable.

-You can talk during the massage, or it’s totally fine to stay quiet too.

-If anything feels too intense, ticklish, or uncomfortable — Speak up! The therapist wants to adjust to your needs.

Side Note:

-The music in my room is a little different from typical “massage/spa music.” Let me know if the playlist isn’t your vibe, and we can switch it up.
