We would like to honor and remember Rob, whose presence brought joy to everyone around him. One of our team members shared some beautiful memories and insight on Rob, which perfectly capture the light he carried with him.

"I met Rob 17 years ago on my very first day with ECI as a DSP. He greeted me with a big smile, and from that moment our friendship began. Rob had such a zest for life—he loved Halloween, shopping, sports, hats, his roommates, and the staff around him.

One of my favorite memories with Rob was our tradition of going to haunted houses every year. Whenever someone tried to scare him, he would turn around and try to scare them right back. By the end of the night, we would be laughing so hard that tears rolled down our faces. I will forever cherish the sound of his wonderful laugh.

Rob touched countless hearts over the years, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and will be missed."

We are grateful for the time we shared and the memories he leaves behind. Rob will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Thank you to DSPs serving Seneca County folks, through E.C.I., Inc. a provider agency serving folks with developmental disabilities, through waiver-funded services authorized by the Seneca County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

DSPs truly make a difference every single day. DSPs help with shopping, cooking, house care, recreation activities, and ensure they are healthy and safe. SCOC thanks DSPs for their hard work and dedication in creating impactful relationships and care in the lives of the people they serve.

🌟 We kicked off our Direct Support Professionals celebrations last week by visiting some of our amazing DSPs at their homes to thank them for the extraordinary work they do every day. The celebrations don’t stop there! We’ll be continuing throughout the month, recognizing more of our team along the way.
