We have a big project happening on the St. Francis Senior Ministries campus! All Villas on the south side of campus are getting their roofs replaced. There are a lot of hands getting the work done quickly and we can't wait to see the finished product!

On Tuesday, our independent living residents gathered together for a Thanksgiving meal. Marty Croy introduced and thanked everyone on the planning committee who helped with the luncheon and then recognized all of the veterans present (since it was Veterans Day) and Jim McClain offered a prayer. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and some door prizes. Thanks to everyone that brought a canned good for those in need.

Our Annual Veterans Day Luncheon for our Veterans at St. Francis Senior Ministries was wonderful. It was an honor to serve those who have served our country and made sacrifices to safeguard our freedom. Our Activities Director, Anne Luzader, plans the event each year and always makes it special. The residents received beautiful crosses made by her with Jenga blocks and painted as our American flag. We served our Veterans steak, potatoes, salads and apple pie. The luncheon was part of a ceremony to recognize their sacrifices and service. Certificates were presented by our Executive Direcor, Gabe Stoll. Sean Huitt, our Director of Dining Services, prepared the wonderful meal. Our Veterans were visited by Hopewell Loudon School students and received a gift bag full of goodies as well as a letter of gratitude read by a student from all of them. The entire luncheon was so well received by our veterans and they stayed late to have fellowship with each other. Prayers were said for all who served and also those who have given their lives for the service of our country.

Director of Community Properties & Facilities
Sisters of St. Francis, Tiffin, Ohio
32 hours per week (4 days)

The Sisters of St. Francis are seeking a skilled and mission-focused Director of Community Properties & Facilities to oversee the maintenance, safety, and long-term planning of our campus buildings, grounds, and community residences. This leadership role manages facilities operations, supervises maintenance staff, coordinates capital projects, and partners closely with leadership as the executive operations liaison. The position also actively participates in mission-driven initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration to support the needs of the St. Francis Community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee all property, facility, and preventative-maintenance operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and facilities budgets.
• Lead capital improvement planning, project coordination, and campus safety initiatives.
• Serve as the executive operations liaison with leadership and participate in mission team efforts.
• Support a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for Sisters, employees, and residents.

Qualifications:
• Experience in facilities management, property operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the Sisters of St. Francis.
