On Wednesday, August 6, birth and death certificates will not be available due to our transition to the new Ohio Vital Records System. We anticipate the outage to last through the morning and the system to be back online Wednesday afternoon. This outage will affect all vital statistics offices throughout the state of Ohio. We are sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please call us at 419-447-3691 ext. 6300.

On Wednesday, August 6, birth and death certificates will not be available due to our transition to the new Ohio Vital Records System.
