We are looking for an extraordinary person to fulfill our Project Director position. The person will lead a team and work with the public. Post construction cleans, commercial janitorial contracts, carpet and floor cleaning jobs. Responsible, ability to encourage and lead others, meet deadlines, work hard alongside crew, and solve problems as they arise is a must. Must be 21 years old or older, clean driving record, and a clean background. Salary is negotiable but starts at $50,000 a year. Paid holidays and vacation time, paid membership at Orchard Health, and vehicle provided. We have come to the point in our business where Josh cannot do all the work anymore. We're looking to expand and grow to reach the next rung on the ladder. We're looking for someone to help manage our business. That includes overseeing large post-construction jobs (hospitals, schools, offices, etc), local janitorial contracts (banks, doctor's offices, professional buildings) as well as any carpet/rug cleaning that comes up.

This will be a salaried position responsible for managing cleaning crews as well as doing manual labor. Attention to detail is a MUST along with terrific customer service skills. We need someone that wants to work and grow the business with us. We need someone that is responsible. When people invite us into their homes and businesses, they need to know they can trust us. We do not take that lightly. Background checks will be completed on all prospects.

If you know how Josh treats him employees, then you know our employees become family. He goes above and beyond to make sure his staff is taken care of, because happy employees are great for business! This position will include sick and vacation leave as well as a fully paid health membership with Orchard Health. Last night two children ages 13 and 17 were shot at the Charles Spencer Elementary School yard in Tifton, GA. This makes 11 children in the last year who have been the victims of violence. This is unacceptable. Our Law Enforcement and Judicial System are overwhelmed. We as a community need to stand together and say no more and begin to take collaborative action.
