Just a Special Touch!
Podiatrist, Dr. Howard Gale gives his patients that special touch. Dr. Gale personally designs his patient’s lower extremity cast by placing unique images on them that symbolize their personality or likes. Carolyn Brown, a patient of Dr. Gale’s, chose to show off a happy face on her cast as his assistant Donna gets ready to adjust it. Ankle & Foot Associates Annual Shoe Drive was a Success!

This year’s Annual Shoe Drive, created by Dr. Thomas Legacki and staff at Ankle & Foot Associates of Hinesville, was a combined effort. Dr. Brian Fallon and staff at Ankle & Foot Associates of Savannah donated slightly used running and active footwear from Fleet Feet Shoes of Savannah to Dr. Legacki’s Shoe Drive. These shoes are usually donated throughout the year to Soles4Souls, a non-profit social enterprise based in Nashville, TN. This organization provides relief to those in need through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.
All shoes gathered this year by Dr. Legacki and staff were donated to the Waycross Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic, who was most grateful for the contribution. Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC has 17 locations in Georgia and South Carolina and has top-rated podiatrists that treat diabetic, pediatric, elderly & sports injuries. The AFA Cares team continues to strive to impact the lives of our local communities positively.

Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC Celebrate the Christmas Holiday by Giving!

As an annual event, Dr. Rob Spinola, Dr. Danielle McKenna, and the staff of Ankle & Foot Associates in Jesup celebrate their Christmas holidays with giving to the Seeds of Hope, an organization that provides services to individuals with special needs. This celebration was the 5th annual event for the staff of Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC., and supports the new AFA Cares initiative to help positively impact lives in our local communities.

Ankle & Foot Associates of Hinesville’s Holiday Shoe Drive!

Dr. Thomas Legacki and the staff of Ankle & Foot Associates in Hinesville, Georgia, wants to give back during the holiday season. So, a decision was made to do something special that relates to podiatry and would help those in the local area. An annually event was created to collect new and gently used shoes for needy organizations within the community.

To kick off the holidays, Ankle & Foot Associates has made a $500 contribution to “Thanksgiving for Thousands,” an annual event hosted by Second Harvest of South Georgia. The gift was given in honor as a $5.00 donation from each employee of Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC. For $5, we can ensure that one family has food this Thanksgiving. Each box contains 20 pounds of food and will feed a family of 4 for approximately a week. Each box will have a special message on it representing Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC Cares.
