Did you know chakras can be understood as part of the amazing way God created our bodies? Often seen as mystical, chakras are simply energy centers within us—rooted in our physical and spiritual anatomy. As Psalm 139:14 declares, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” These centers, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, reflect how God intricately wired us for health and connection to Him.✝️

July’s Full Buck Moon shines tonight, named for the time when young deer begin to sprout their graceful antlers — a timeless emblem of renewal, growth, and nature’s quiet rhythm. But tonight’s moon brings more than just beauty: it’s the farthest full moon of 2025, appearing slightly smaller and softer in the sky, and it coincides with a rare Major Lunar Standstill, giving it a breathtakingly low, sweeping arc across the southern horizon.

Step outside just after sunset and face east to watch the golden Buck Moon rise — a glowing disc climbing slowly, casting its gentle light over summer fields and city streets alike. As it moves through the night, it stays close to the horizon, finally setting in the southwest at dawn.
