Southwell Mobile Clinic This six-wheeled unit is used by Southwell to better reach medically-underserved areas within the community.

The goal is to deliver services to those unable to access healthcare due to a lack of transportation or adequate financial resources.

As flu cases continue to rise, we have made the difficult decision to pull our mobile clinic down to assist with increasing acute care visits. We will still be fulfilling our industrial contracts, but public visits are suspended at this time. We look forward to returning to full service soon and appreciate your understanding!

Due to the upcoming holiday and scheduled maintenance, the Mobile Clinic will not return to its normally scheduled times until Thursday, September 8th. We are excited to announce the re-launch of the Southwell Mobile Clinic! We invite you to join us for a ribbon cutting for this clinic on Wednesday, May 4 at 4 p.m. The Southwell Mobile Clinic will be on site at the 41 South Farmers Market in Tifton for the ribbon cutting.

This six-wheeled unit, about the size of a bus, is used by Southwell to better reach medically-underserved areas within the community. We hope to see you there!

Southwell Mobile Clinic offers the latest in Primary Care delivery through mobile, high-quality, convenient healthcare for medically under-served areas. It has climate controlled exam rooms, lab area, and restroom which are all wheelchair accessible. The mobile clinic provides primary care for adults (18 and older), sick or well visits, routine screenings, health and wellness education, and referrals to other providers.
