Join us September 26th at 7:30pm for deep relaxation as you're surrounded by the calming sounds of quartz crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Take a chance to reset your nervous system and clear mental and emotional clutter. This helps with gentle energy alignment to help you feel more centered and at ease.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. The session will begin right at 7:30 PM—late entry won’t be permitted so everyone can settle in peacefully.

In this slow-paced, alignment-oriented practice, poses are broken down to bring awareness to your body. With attention given to correct alignment, this class helps you maximize benefit while minimizing risk of injury. Props and modifications are offered to make the practice safe and effective—perfect whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi exploring foundational nuances. Yoga experience and/or athletic ability recommended.

Did you know there's a little debate between yogis on which headstand (sirsasana) is best?

Forearm headstand: your forearms create a base with your hands clasped together behind the head (like above).

Tripod headstand: hands are typically flat on the mat creating a triangle, or tripod, with the head.
