Experience working in a multiple resident setting (Assisted Living) is preferred, but may consider other applicants with sincere desire to work with the elderly.

Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal history background check.

Hourly pay depending on experience.

Woodland Heights Assisted Living is hiring a full time Maintenance Director to join our management team! Competitive pay depending on experience. Must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently. Duties include repair and maintenance of the building, maintaining a preventative maintenance program, turning around vacated apartments in a timely manner as well as safety compliance.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Candidate must have experience cooking, be able to work quickly in an organized manner, be flexible and able to work independently while being supported by the dietary staff with ongoing training.
