Can you see spirit dogs in the first photo of the trees?? This park near my house, it was redesigned the year after Lacey passed and they kept a lot of the trees and rebuilt around them. This grouping was where we used to sit on our summer night walks, Lacey, Millie, I. We'd watch the volleyball games which is now the space where they built a huge soccer field.

I come here and walk and sit with my back against the tree trunks seeing Lacey and Millie happily wandering and sniffing leash free. I see and feel them whenever I'm here ❤️🐕🐕 as if they never left. Because they haven't.

And when I doubt Anything, all I have to do is look down and there is Always a white soft fluffy feather from Lacey reminding me everything is beautiful and keep listening to my heart ❤️ Thank you baby girl for my fluffy white feather this morning. I love you forever and always.

Is this you? Because it was me 7 months ago:

Struggling, spinning your wheels, more overestimulated and confused (and more in debt) than ever with finding how to monetize your passion and gifts in the world? Are you a healer by nature and want nothing more than to 'do what you came here to do'?

You've put your heart, and literally your soul, into trying to make something work that isn't leading you to your assumed outcome.

There's so much noise out there. If you're already sensitive to the energies, the entrepreneurial world feels like an amusement park that just leads to the next program or coaching package being another reason to doubt those powerful gifts and smash those dreams and passion to smithereens. Oh, and the coach(es) saying it just must not have been a full commitment or a big enough dream. That's the best one I've heard.

What if the answer that's looking for you to uncover is:

Closing your eyes and lying down

Breathing and allowing your body to calm

Melting into a soft, cozy surface and let your body relax

Choosing Nothing else for a little while until your body finds its OWN center

Some of us Know this, recommend this, feel the truth of this concept yet why do we instead follow the urge to continue searching, and still struggling I might add, for that One person or coach or modality or the next coaching program that will change it all, make it all right, be THE solution?

What if it's inside of you already and we can't hear it because of the loud opinion and programs and other people's systems out there just drown out your own knowing. Maybe what they did or do works for them and possibly others.

But my dear, you have your own magic and it won't necessarily be found in someone else's package.

What if you can stop the outside noise, maybe even take a break for social media for a few days, a few hours, and go silent?

The most ignored, least talked about 'technique' in the world. Silence. Peace. Calm. No Thing.

Then I turned around and saw this beautiful sweetheart! This is what can happen when you take a few quiet minutes to stop and ponder the moment ❤️

What a fantastic day!!!! I presented my first 'Chakra Dragons' workshop 🐉 It was very fun.

Salem was just lovely and so clean! The attendees and fair vendors were friendly and warm and inviting. What a great experience. If you ever get to Salem in Oregon and want to visit The Reed Opera House, it's so cool. Restaurants and stores including the crystal shop that hosted this Salem Mystic Fair, Quantum Light Annex.

The love and kindness energies I'm feeling lately are everywhere ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for driving down with me and standing by my side and grounding me when I was crazy nervous 😘😘😘😘😘😘

Even though someone may have 'guided' you toward a specific thought that worked out and was very helpful, and you may have resisted at first, don't give away your power to others or think they must know you better than you know yourself.

You know you best. You're the only one in your body and in your mind and can feel when it's time. Those others are there to shine a light, reflect, role model....

When you create the connection to your own heart, energy, and soul, the path more comfortably reveals itself. And yes, it may be through the opinions or advice of others, however, you'll be the one who chooses what and when.... it may pan out. It may not. You'll learn, grow, experience, and keep choosing.

Do you have a daily practice, a few minutes you dedicate to connect to your Self? If you find you're doubting that you know yourself as well as others close to you might claim they know you, I'd recommend starting here.

Allow yourself to drop into your own heart. Feel your own feelings. EVEN IF YOU HAVE A REASON TO THINK YOU MAY NOT KNOW BEST. PRIOR 'PROOF'. Now is a different time.

More tomorrow on how to trust your own knowing even if it's taken you down a path that may not have 'appeared' to be the 'best' idea.....

Words just can't describe how peaceful and overall relaxed I feel since I chose to go back to work.

Of course the Right fit is definitely the answer! I just left a job that was a horribly stressful situation that I'm so grateful to be rid of. So glad I didn't give up on this plan, this new direction though.

When I tell people part of what I'm now doing and LOVE, they wrinkle their noses and say 'Really???'

While I work on a very special end of life certification, I'm caregiving around the Portland West area. Different assignments, different clients, different needs.... They've been so appreciative and kind. And other companies find these clients for me! That's one of the God sends of this new work. No more hustling and networking and wondering where to find my own clients, those who want energy healing or training. The funniest thing is, without the stressing and worrying about my own business and my monthly income, more and more people have been emailing and scheduling me for sessions and trainings for themselves and animals just organically! Without me efforting to try and find THEM.

I'm relaxed, enjoying my work out in the community that somebody else arranges, I choose my own schedule, and have time I set aside for my own business without worrying about where or who and how.

If you've lost steam and hope and energy trying to 'live your purpose,' it might very well look different than you thought! You can find a balance and thrive, doing your own thing while also managing a job that is stable and provides more freedom to actually live out all you'd like to accomplish. Freedom quite possibly is stable, predictable work with an employer while you create other projects that fulfill your soul.

I can't say I should have done this sooner because who knows? I needed the time to see that trying to figure out how to run a successful stable income on my own wasn't freedom at all. Or relaxing or enjoyable. In fact, I'm enjoying my own business' clients even more now than ever! No stress in trying to find them. Or fearing I won't have enough each month.

Nothing to be embarrassed about, no shame..... I've found what I love do. Continued in comments

You are responsible for this completely.... Let's dive in and see if you're owning it.

I've always worked with a population or in a niche where my moods, energy, and vibe were extremely important to be aware of. Of myself. What energy or mood am I putting out there in any given moment? I ask every day, 'How might this affect others in the vicinity of my frequency?'

I've worked with children, a very intuitive and empathic age in life, animals with whom no one can pretend a mood or energy (no matter how hard you might try 😉), and now the senior community.

It is my responsibility 100% to 'manage', take care of, the vibe I'm emitting out to all of these populations.

Everyone in our path is more sensitive to what we are feeling and energetically generating out into the environment than is usually considered.

Do you take time to acknowledge your moods, your energy, or how what you're thinking ripples out to those you love or care for?

As people out in the world, whether we work with people or animals, we can choose to breathe and be present and take a second to tune in with the present 'emissions' we've got going on. 😊

I first noticed when working with and simply spending time with animals how easily our moods and emotions are shared and felt across energy fields.

What can we all do before stepping into interactions, relationships, and environments to make sure we're not delivering something we wouldn't want to receive ourselves?

We can't be happy and bubbly All the time but we can be aware and respectful of the unseen we're sharing 😉 Or even something seen like a smile rather than a frown 😁

It all makes a bigger difference than you might think.

Like Nature, especially how trees exist in a powerful, necessary collaborative network, humans are also being urged, yes, urged, to not do it alone. We're designed to work together. Share, be insync, be inspired, connect our roots and wisdom.

Community. I express this in my new industry and the healing collective.

We're stronger together.

Bon Voyage! ⛵️

This week is going to be a time I review and refresh my vision(s).

Most importantly, it's not even about me. It's about those I've come here to support. They have questions and concerns and thoughts that my 20 years of experience gets to come out and play and help chart your course!

I'm very excited.

From the age of 5 I knew I was a teacher. And I was and have been most of my life.

Then from the time I was about 8 I wanted to be Julie Mccoy from the Loveboat, the fun community cruise director 🚢 ⚓️ 🛳

I'm adapting a new energy into my actual business brand as they say. Navigating others during and through their awakening to their gifts and purpose and course.

You'll start to see more nautical word play from me 🚢 and it's already been happening just in regular conversations with others as the universe often presents ideas to us to remind us we're setting sail ⛵️ in the right direction 😁 See, I did it there.

What's on the horizon 😊? Community, a Mastermind, and fun, playful workshops. I'm not about to approach my work from a cloudy standpoint. Awakening can be overwhelming as it is.

As that preschool teacher and cruise director comes forward from within me, with more conscious consideration than ever, adventures and classes with me are going to be entertaining, playful, and light.

It's time to raise that anchor ⚓️ and start this voyage!

What if growth and transformational changes DON'T have to be painful, abusive, or involve having to endure unhealthy scenarios???

I've been hearing for years in the health and wellness, even the 'spiritual' fields, that it is these really dark and overwhelming and uncomfortable experiences where growth happens. The bottom, the most severe, the feelings of the worst and unsafe environments that stretch us the most so that we are then 'forced' to make changes.....

I had a different realization this morning.

What if, instead of allowing the difficult situations to arouse my motivation, almost energetically calling in the s**t because I want so much to have a more pleasurable day to day life and I have this weird belief that these hard things will be my 'license' to change everything, I can choose what I create and what experiences I get to have???

What if the game of growth and expansion is fun and exhilarating???

I start today. Imagining what I'd like my life to look and feel like.

I start today asking what direction I can take, who to talk to, where to drive, all the little instructions that will lead me to the steps it takes to CREATE rather than putting all my energy into 'trying to analyze and learn' from the s**tty scenarios I'm allowing.

I wonder what this new focus and belief about how to change and grow and create the pleasurable life I'd like to be living will draw into my world 🤔 I'm spreading my wings instead of contracting. Today. Right now.
