We had an incredible turnout for our Housewarming Party Spotlight at Cogir of Tigard this month!

Our featured spotlight was one of our beautiful one-bedroom apartments — and what a showcase it was. Guests strolled through our hallways, following the irresistible aromas leading them straight to the spotlight home. Inside, our one and only Chef Rod was preparing fresh, made-from-scratch hors d’oeuvres right in the apartment, creating a warm and welcoming experience that truly felt like home.

We were honored to host many of our valued referral partners and preferred outside providers, who toured our community and experienced firsthand what makes our building so special. We wrapped up the day with live music and a lively happy hour in our Willamette Wine Bar — complete with delicious bites, great conversation, and meaningful connections.

Our community was filled with smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of sweetness during our Candy Gram Valentine’s Craft celebration! 🍬✨

Residents, and staff came together to create heartfelt candy grams and festive Valentine’s crafts to share with one another. From colorful designs to thoughtful messages, every piece was made with love — and it truly showed.

At Cogir of Tigard, moments like these are what make our community so special. It’s not just about crafts or candy — it’s about connection, kindness, and bringing everyone together. Watching residents, loved ones, and team members share laughter and sweet treats was a beautiful reminder that love truly lives here every day. ❤️

At Cogir of Tigard, Valentine’s Day was celebrated with an exceptional dining experience for our wonderful residents.

Our Food & Beverage team went above and beyond to deliver a thoughtfully curated menu and beautifully presented meal.

✨ On the menu:
• Perfectly prepared salmon
• Savory pork tenderloin
• A decadent chocolate truffle paired with vanilla gelato and cherry coulis

The dining room was filled with great conversation and residents enjoying a restaurant-quality meal together. It was a wonderful way to mark the occasion and create another memorable experience in our community.
