I've been seeing a lot of folks hit the garden to tend to their green spaces with Spring upon us. This usually coincides with a rush of patients who have low and upper back pain from overexerting themselves!

Well folks, the announcement is here. I will be at Tigard Chiropractic and Massage in downtown Tigard starting in March!

I will be having my insurance coverage brought over there and that should be up and running on "insurance time" (1-3 months per your insurance). In the meantime, I should be able to treat you under Dr. Erdman's (the owner) credentials.

If you'd like to come in - and I'd love to see you all - send your information (phone #, pictures of your drivers license and the front & back of your insurance card) to our practice manager, amy@tigardchiropracticclinic.com and we'll reach out to you to get you in!
