East Mountain Birth

East Mountain Birth Alyssa Gaiser is a doula and childbirth educator serving the East Mountains and surrounding areas. Hello! I believe birth is a normal physiological process.

Iโ€™m Alyssa Gaiser, Doula, Childbirth Educator and Student Midwife. I have been working in the birth world since 2013 when I started as a young doula. Seeking to learn more and serve in an even wider capacity, I began midwifery training in 2015, took a break to have a baby, then resumed in 2020 at Mercy in Action College of Midwifery. Over the past decade Iโ€™ve attended dozens of births as a doula, assistant midwife, friend and sister. Iโ€™ve also had two of my own children who were both born at home with midwives. I believe knowledge is power and should be shared freely. I believe birth is the place where every aspect of life intersects. I believe every person has a right to safe and respectful care. I believe in personal bodily autonomy, informed consent, and informed refusal. alyhgiaser@gmail.com | 505.639.3532 | www.eastmountainbirth.com

Can't recommend this doula highly enough!

I had the best experience working with the midwifery team from Enchanted Moments Birth Services and I canโ€™t wait for the next opportunity to be included in the amazing care they provide!
