We are tryin something new at prairie view, we are doing open seating at meal times, seems to be going well and the residents like to sit where ever they want.

Meals on Wheels January 5-11 th
Monday-sloppy Joe on Bun, potato salad, baked beans, pumpkin bar
Tuesday- Pork chop w/ mushroom gravy, Augustine potatoes , yellow beans, dinner roll.
Wednesday- BBQ ribs, baby baker potatoes, Carr, roll, banana cake
Thursday- Chicken & stuffing casserole, mixed vegetables, rolls strawberry crisp
Friday- Meatballs/ gravy baked potato half, corn,roll, butterscotch bars

Today we played bingo and then did a sing along this afternoon. We are thankful it’s warming up. I have heard stories of lots of snow years ago!!
