Guys... if you’ve been wondering where I’ve been for the past 2 weeks, I’ve had Covid. 😢I was fortunate and did not get it as badly as a lot of people, but it was still exhausting. I haven’t worked out for 2 weeks because I knew I needed to give my body rest in order to get healthy again. Today was the first morning that I woke up, drank my energize and got my workout in. Did I do it with the same intensity as usual? No way. But I worked out. I modified a little bit here and there, but I still did it. 💪🏼

Always remember that small progress is STILL progress! 💕

So grateful for this yummy treat after I finished all the ❄️ shoveling today! Vanilla Shakeology, ice, frozen strawberries and coconut milk..it was delish! What’s your favorite post-shoveling snack?
