I had a lovely conversation with a journalist from Colorado State University about my work with Osher Lifelong Learning Institute — and what makes these classes so special.

I shared stories of OLLI at Colorado State University members proudly baking their very first loaf of sourdough, sending me photos with big smiles and genuine joy.
These moments remind me how powerful learning can be at any age — and how important OLLI is for our local community.

Here, curiosity truly never retires.

✨ The magic of our Ukrainian Christmas Cooking Class! 💛💙
We cooked borshch with pampushky, savory varenyky, and sweet varenyky — and shared the stories and traditions behind each dish.
The heart of Ukrainian Christmas is kutya, and we also enjoyed a beautiful overview of the Ukrainian cookbook collection from Poudre Libraries. 📚✨

Huge thanks to Poudre Libraries for this opportunity and to Trinity Lutheran Church for hosting us with so much warmth.
