📢 Holiday Closure Notice – 72d Medical Group 🎄

In observance of the recent Executive Order, the 72d Medical Group will be closed to patient services on December 24 and December 26.

🟢 Pharmacy Update:
The pharmacy drive-thru will remain open on December 24 from 0700–1100 for prescription pick-up only.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please remember:
🔹 All patients age 10 and older must present a valid military ID at the time of their appointment.

This is part of our standard protocol and helps us provide safe, accurate care for all beneficiaries.

✅ If the patient does not have their ID on hand, a Pass ID form is available at Patient Administration as an alternative check-in option.

📢 TriWest Patients: Read This!

Some patients have received unexpected medical bills for services that should’ve been covered during the transition to TriWest. If this happened to you, don’t stress — here’s what to do:

1️⃣ Visit: tricare-bene.triwest.com
👉 View or appeal claims, and file for reimbursement if you already paid.
2️⃣ Still need help?
📍Stop by Patient Administration (1st floor of the MDG) with your bill.
💡 Even if you paid it — bring it in. We’ll document it and submit a support ticket on your behalf.

We don’t process claims, but we’re here to help track and push for resolution. Your feedback helps us make this better for everyone!

📢 Heads Up, Team Tinker!

If you use AT&T, Cricket, Pure Talk, Straight Talk, or H20 Wireless, you will no longer receive text alerts from the pharmacy. This means:

❌ No notifications when prescriptions are ready
❌ No alerts if there’s an issue
❌ Pharmacy staff won’t know if messages fail
✅ Check your prescription status by calling or visiting the pharmacy directly.
