Just wrapped up an incredible week in Prague practicing Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)! This technique focuses on developmental kinesiology— how we learn to crawl and walk— and aims to reprogram movement patterns to prevent and combat injuries. Combining DNS with Cox Flexion/Distraction and Applied Kinesiology has proven successful for both my patients and me in relieving and preventing pain. Such an amazing experience! Can’t wait to return to Prague. Also want to give a huge thank you to our parents for taking care of my girls while I was away ❤️
