Black women are strong.
But we are also tired.
And being tired isn’t something we should have to normalize.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for Black women, yet our stress is often brushed off, our symptoms minimized, and our need for rest overlooked.
This isn’t about fear.
It’s about awareness.
It’s about listening to your body before something feels wrong.
This Heart Health Month, let this be your reminder:
✨ You are allowed to pause.
✨ You are allowed to take your health seriously.
✨ You are allowed to choose yourself.
If this message resonates, let it be your sign to check in with your body and take one intentional step toward prioritizing your heart.
Choosing your health is an act of self-respect.
