I’ll be honest… I was very against sleep training at first.

We were deep in contact naps, feeding to sleep, and co-sleeping because it felt like the only way my baby would sleep. I couldn’t imagine putting her down awake and having her fall asleep on her own.

But I also knew something needed to change, so we decided to work with and I’m so glad we did.

With their guidance, my daughter learned how to fall asleep independently in her crib and now she’s sleeping through the night. We went from doing everything to get her to sleep to putting her down awake and watching her settle herself.

made the entire process feel supportive, realistic, and manageable. They answered questions, helped us troubleshoot, and created a plan that worked for our family.

If you’re exhausted or feel stuck with your baby’s sleep (especially if you think sleep training isn’t for you), I truly can’t recommend their program enough. It completely changed our nights. 💤

You don’t need flashcards or fancy apps to support your child’s speech.

Everyday routines like meals, baths, and bedtime are full of chances to model language, build vocabulary, and connect through conversation.

The best part? You’re already doing these things. With just a few small tweaks, you can turn them into speech-building moments.

If you’ve been wondering what a speech evaluation involves, here’s what to expect.

We begin by listening to you. Your insight as a parent or caregiver is essential. From there, we use age-appropriate activities to observe how your child communicates.

You’ll receive thoughtful feedback, and if therapy is recommended, we’ll work together on a plan that fits your child and your family.

Evaluations are the first step in getting support. They’re not scary, and they don’t mean something is wrong. They mean you’re taking action.

Did you know there are different types of lisps?

From interdental to lateral, each type affects speech in its own way and some are harder for others to understand.

Many lisps are part of typical development, but if they stick around past age 3.5/4 or start to impact your child’s confidence, it’s worth checking in with a speech therapist. If your child has a lateral lisp, it’s not developmental and will not improve with age!

We’re here to help if you have questions.
