Let’s rethink how we understand the autism spectrum. 🌈

It’s not a straight line from “less autistic” to “more autistic.” The spectrum is complex, individualized, and multidimensional—more like a color wheel or pie chart than a single scale.

Thinking about autism in a linear way can lead to harmful comparisons. There’s no such thing as “good” or “bad” autism. Everyone’s strengths and challenges show up differently—and that’s okay. 💙
