Every blood donation has the power to save a life — and our family is living proof.

In her very first week of life, our daughter Lucy underwent open-heart surgery. During that critical time, donated blood helped sustain Lucy and gave her the strength she needed to heal. Today, she’s not just surviving — she’s thriving right here in our community, growing, learning, and living life to the fullest.

Blood donors made that possible. Every pint of donated blood can save up to three lives!

When you donate blood, you’re giving families hope during their most vulnerable moments. You’re helping newborns, children, parents, and neighbors receive lifesaving care when they need it most.

Please consider joining us on Lucy’s 3rd birthday, April 22nd at our upcoming blood drive in partnership with IMA - Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Urgent Care.

One donation can make an extraordinary difference — just like it did for Lucy. ❤️

Thank you for the 5-star review!
Did You Know?
A baseline hearing test creates a snapshot of your current hearing levels. Without it, it’s hard to know exactly how much your hearing has changed if you notice a dip later on.

The Guidelines:
▶Ages 21–50: Get a baseline now to have on file.
▶Over 50: Screen every 3 years.
▶Over 60: Yearly evaluations are ideal.
It’s quick, painless, and often covered by general medical insurance*. Schedule your baseline hearing evaluation with IMA Audiology's Dr. Ingram by calling 732-842-3050!

*Please check with your insurance carrier to ensure coverage

February is "Heart Health" month! We asked Red Bank Family Medicine's Dr. Chen what is his go to tip for heart health.
Dr. Chen's tip:
"More Green Leafy Veggies"🥗
Your Heart Loves a Little "Greenery"! 🥬❤️
Did you know that eating just one cup of leafy green vegetables every day can significantly lower your risk of heart disease?. Whether it’s spinach, kale, or collard greens, these nutritional powerhouses are like a "shield" for your cardiovascular system.
Why they’re so good for your heart:
♥Artery Protection: Leafy greens are packed with Vitamin K, which helps protect your arteries and ensures your blood clots properly.
♥Natural Blood Pressure Boost: They are rich in nitrates, which the body converts into nitric oxide to relax blood vessels and improve blood flow.
♥Cholesterol Fighter: Their high fiber content helps flush out "bad" LDL cholesterol from your system.
♥Nutrient Dense: They provide essential minerals like potassium and magnesium that help regulate heart rate and balance sodium levels.

February is "Heart Health" month! We asked Red Bank Family Medicine's NP Andrew what is his go to tip for heart health.
NP Andrew's tip:
"Low Salt Diet"

Reducing your sodium intake is one of the most powerful steps you can take to protect your heart! ❤️
Why go low-salt?
✅ Lowers Blood Pressure: High sodium causes fluid retention, forcing your heart to work harder.
✅ Reduces Stroke/Heart Attack Risk: Less salt = less strain on your cardiovascular system.

February is "Heart Health" month! We asked Red Bank Family Medicine's Dr. Ross what is his go to tip for heart health.
Dr. Ross's tip:
"Exercise 4 to 5 Days a Week"

Why is 4–5 times a week the magic number for your cardiovascular health? Because consistency is key to:
♥ Lowering Blood Pressure: Keeps your arteries flexible and clear.
♥ Improving Cholesterol: Boosts the "good" (HDL) and lowers the "bad" (LDL).
♥ Strengthening the Muscle: Your heart is a muscle—the more you (safely) use it, the stronger it gets.
