Exercise is America’s Top New Year’s Resolution
• 62% of Americans feel pressure to set resolutions

• 88% of those who set a resolution will fail within the first month

We aren’t here to force resolutions. We believe that you can always start again. The YBC community focuses on acceptance, accountability and motivation. Our instructors are here to meet you where you are and help guide you through sustainable progress. Our classes focus on the mind, body and spirit. We want you to see improvement in your mental well-being, physical health and emotional stability. We take your WHOLE health seriously. We want you to leave feeling challenged but also supported so that you WANT to come back for more.

If a resolution sounds like too much, it probably is. We want to encourage you to just start somewhere. It doesn’t have to be a huge leap. Just find something that meets you right where you are and that makes you want to keep going!

🌲🎅🏼Christmas is almost here so we are dropping a quick reminder about the modified schedule!

• Tuesday is normal but Sarah and Amanda are subbing for Elaine. See changes in your app.
• We have added a 7:30a on Christmas Eve to get more friends in and free up space in the other times.
• We are closed on Christmas and the day after.
• Join us for a regular schedule on Saturday.
• Classes have been so fun and SO full so make sure you book early to guarantee your spot!
