Did you know that shoveling snow is one of the biggest causes of winter back pain? Shoveling, slips, falls on ice, and even rolling around in the snow can lead to misalignments, muscle spasms, and joint pain.

Here’s how to stay safe and what to do if you get hurt:

⚠️ PREVENT: Always warm up before shoveling, push the snow instead of lifting, and never twist your body while tossing snow! Wear shoes with good traction.

⚕️ RECOVER: If you experience a hard fall, feel sudden sharp pain while shoveling, or wake up with severe stiffness, don't wait for the pain to go away!
