Happy Friday, beautiful souls. I’m in Columbus for a mini vacation this weekend, joining my husband while he attends a conference. It feels good to have a few days off, but I will miss seeing your faces at the shop tomorrow. The amazing Tanis will be there to help you with questions and information!

I’m feeling grateful for this community and the light you bring. Let’s spread a little joy together. Share a picture from your camera roll that makes you smile!

Reflecting on plants and nature…

Plant medicine is not only about soothing a headache or calming a stomach. As Sajah Popham reminds us, every plant is a teacher offering us a way to remember our connection to nature and to ourselves. And as Matthew Wood often shares, when we listen deeply to the spirit and character of the herbs they reveal how healing reaches into the emotional and spiritual layers of life.

A cup of tea, a tincture, or even the presence of a wildflower is an invitation. It reminds us that healing is more than symptom relief, it is relationship, balance, and the gentle wisdom of the earth speaking through the plants.

When we open ourselves to that conversation, plant medicine becomes more than a remedy. It becomes a way of living. 🌱

Our new fall and Halloween tees went so fast that some sizes sold out right away. I am putting in a second order so everyone has a chance to grab the size they need. If you missed out on your favorite design or need a larger size, now is the time to let me know. I added two extra designs, too.
