This past weekend Dr. Holly attended the 2025 AAOMPT conference in Reno, Nevada

Dr. Holly had the honor of assisting with modeling manual therapy mid-range lever techniques alongside her MTI professors at this year’s conference. It was an incredible experience surrounded by some of the highest skilled and passionate clinicians in the field of physical therapy.

The conference highlighted the importance of fellowship training — not just in mastering techniques, but in developing expert clinical reasoning, sound judgment, and excellence in the fundamentals. As a Fellow-in-Training through the Manual Therapy Institute, Dr. Holly is proud to be pursuing this next level of mastery.

Teaching and demonstrating techniques to other fellows, professors, and students was a rewarding full-circle moment for Dr. Holly. Advancing her skills to become the best clinician for her patients is the top priority. Dr. Holly is proud to have taken part in a conference surrounded by the best of the best in orthopedic manual physical therapy!

✨This past weekend, Dr. Holly’s cousin completed his very first Air Force Marathon 🏃‍♂️💪 — and she couldn’t be more excited to celebrate his achievement. 11th overall is quite the accomplishment for a first time marathoner! Way to go Patrick! Thanks for letting your cousin Dr. Holly assist in your recovery and be a part of your huge accomplishment!

Recovery and performance go hand-in-hand, and we love helping athletes of all levels push their limits while protecting their bodies.

Congrats to all the runners—you inspired us every step of the way! 🛩️🏅

In physical therapy, one of the most important — yet often overlooked — components of recovery is motor control re-learning and movement pattern training.

When pain, injury, or dysfunction changes the way we move, the body adapts — but not always in a helpful way. Over time, these compensations can become ingrained in the nervous system, leading to poor movement efficiency, re-injury, or chronic pain.
