We are here to give you information that will help you in making the best choice for you. Crossroads serves Lake and Obion Counties in Tennessee as well as surrounding counties. We are here for you no matter who your are or where you come from, our job is to take care of you. You will be met by a compassionate medical staff that will be committed to help you in any way they can.

As we trust in God's divine plan, we must remain obedient to His will! We have another exciting update in our Mobile Unit Schedule. Lake Road Baptist Church at 1366 Hwy 22 in Union City Tn. is graciously opening their hearts and parking lot to us on Thursday July 24th and July31st.
